The Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Rosen Plevneliev said that it would be his pleasure to accept the invitation to be a lecturer in fall at BRIE Ruse and Giurgiu. The lecture will be in English, because students of different EU member states will listen. He reacted to an offer of BRIE director Mimi Kornazheva when they were talking with students at Ruse University. Also present were the governer of the region of Ruse Plamen Stoilov, Plamen Nunev, Member of Parliament and Hristo Beloev, rector of the University of Ruse.
