Tuition Fees & Scholarships (2022/2023)
For students from Bulgaria and Romania
- The tuition fee is 1300 BGN per semester (3236 RON)
For students from other EU member states
- The tuition fee is 905 EUR per semester.
For students from Non-EU countries
- The tuition fee is 905 EUR per semester.
Accommodation is offered to all students at the hostels of University of Ruse. The monthly accommodation costs vary from 56 EUR to 87 EUR.
The Health Insurance is approximately 150 EUR per year. It guarantees health care by a general practitioner and a specialist.
D-Visa is to be delivered at Bulgarian embassies. It is obligatory for the provision of long stay permits for all international students. The cost of the residence permit and Bulgarian ID card is around 75 euro per year. All students should have their passports valid at least till the end of their studies in the programme.
Scholarships for the third semester in Germany are provided for all BRIE students by the Erasmus+ programme of the EU.
