Applicants from outside the EU should provide the following documents:
1. Copy of their international passport
2. Application form for admission
3. Bachelor diploma
4. Transcripts (diploma supplements) with the grades for each year of study
5. Medical certificate
6. Police clearance certificate
7. Declaration for identity of names, if you have double citizenship
8. 6 pictures
Documents 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 should be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and by the Bulgarian embassy in your country.They have to be translated in Bulgarian language; if you find it difficult, submit them in English.
To facilitate your visa application, we will provide you with the following documents:
1. Certificate by the Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Science
2. Certificate for booking a room at the students' dormitory
3. Receipt for having paid the tution fee for your first semester at University of Ruse.
