Tuition Fees and Scholarships (2017/2018)
For students from Bulgaria and other EU member states
- 15 Bulgarian students with best application dossiers are subsidized and pay a semester fee of 315 BGN.
- For students at their own expenses the tuition fee is 800 BGN per semester.
For students from Romania
- The tuition fee is 725 RON per semester.
For students from other EU countries
- The tuition fee is 315 BGN per semester.
For students from Non-EU countries
- The tuition fee is 500 EUR per semester.
Accommodation is offered to all students at the hostels of University of Ruse. The monthly accommodation costs vary from 30 EUR to 50 EUR.
The Health Insurance is approximately 100 EUR per year. It guarantees health care by a general practitioner and a specialist.
D-Visa is to be delivered at Bulgarian embassies. It is obligatory for the provision of long stay permits for all international students. The cost of the residence permit and Bulgarian ID card is around 280 euro per year. All students should have their passports valid at least till the end of their studies in the programme.
Scholarships for the third semester in Germany are provided for all BRIE students by the Erasmus+ programme of the EU.
